8 Week Programme.

The Mindfulness Now 8 week programme is a unique mind/body programme incorporating a fusion of key elements from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. These are evidence-based programmes developed to combat stress, anxiety and re-occurring depression.

It is important that each participant attends every session and commits to their daily practice in order to experience the full benefits of this course.

  • This programme is designed to provide you with all the skills related to Mindfulness and will offer a solid foundation for your practice.

    Theory is mixed with practice. Participants will be provided with Mindful exercises to work on each day between session.

  • 8 x Weekly sessions via Zoom - 90 minute

    Week 2 – Awareness of our body

    Week 3 – Mindful movement

    Week 4 – How we react

    Week 5 – Being with difficulty

    Week 6 – Thoughts and feelings

    Week 7 – Silence

    Week 8 - The power of compassion

    Daily practice exercises provided to fully embed skills
